PR firm Stratton and Reekie has hatched a photographic challenge for any architects taking flight from the office for the summer holidays.
They are calling for holidaymakers to take photographs of any seagulls they may come across on their travels, and submit them to www.strattonandreekie.com
The photos will be added to the flock of avian images in the 'Gulliver's Travels' section of the site, and the photographer judged to have taken the best seagull picture will win a bottle of champagne.
The criteria for entry are that the main subject should 'unequivocally' be a seagull, or a flock of seagulls. The bird should be flying, walking, squawking or engaging in any other seabird activity in an out-of-London context.
The gull should ideally be pictured with a recognisable landmark, architectural or otherwise.
Entries should wing their way to firstname.lastname@example.org
before mid-September, and all photographers will be credited with their name and firm, if appropriate. by Angus Montgomery
