Barton Willmore

Leading planning and design consultancy, Barton Willmore, have announced a series of new appointments:

  • John Pearce joins the firm's Solihull office as a Senior Planner having previously worked for Cornish Homes where he was an in-house planning manager responsible for the promotion of a number of residential development schemes. At Barton Willmore, Pearce will be working on environmental planning applications and site promotional work for commercial, residential and mixed use developments.
  • Mark Emery joins the firm's London office as Associate Architect. Emery previously worked for homebuilder Fairview New Homes where he was a Senior Design Manager responsible for both pre-acquisition site feasibility studies as well as a large number of residential development schemes. Emery will be working on pre-acquisition site feasibility for Bellway as well as on-going planning application work for retirement village specialists Urban Renaissance.

  • Senior Planner Kerrie Avery has joined the Bristol office and Pete Sulley has joined the firm's new Cardiff office as Senior Planner while Stuart Field joins the firm's Midlands office in Solihull as Planner.
