Dreamed up by a gourmet group headed by Roger Zogolovitch (pictured) over a substantial Assortiment Royal in Astoux, the working title is ‘Michelin to Mipim’.
Taking as long as the cycling route, it will comprise gentle motoring, preferably in a Jaguar, with regular stops for lunch and dinner. In keeping with the spirit of the show, the motto will be ‘No-one else benefits.’
