Whistle posse make some noise: Oakmayne Property’s residential tower threatens Ministry of Sound

Astragal was left spluttering after reading in the Guardian that Oakmayne Property’s 41-storey residential tower in London may threaten the Ministry of Sound nightclub. The superclub’s management is getting twitchy that residents in Oakmayne and Allies and Morrison’s tower may complain about the club’s noise levels. However, Oakmayne has offered to sub the costs for extra soundproofing and says that the two can ‘co-exist harmoniously’.
