AR Design Studio wins planning for £400k house extension

[FIRST LOOK + PLANS + PROJECT DATA] Winchester-based AR Design Studio has won planning for this remodelling and extension of a house in Hampshire

The 377m2 project extends and refurbishes an existing 1950s bungalow.

The design is said to have been inspired by the local vernacular forms of the nearby arena and boatyard, and combines the form of a boatshed with the bungalow’s existing envelope.
