Alan Camp wins planning for south London affordable homes

Alan Camp Architects (ACA) has secured planning for this £13 million housing development in Southwark, south London, to provide 75 new affordable homes.

The Webber Street development, commissioned by Hexagon Housing Association, will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom flats on the site of a former car park.

According to the Southwark-based firm, the design incorporates blocks of different heights that will offer ‘protection from both noise and pollution using winter gardens’.
