Alan Camp Architects has won the green light for this 93-home affordable housing scheme in Southwark, south London.

The £12 million Falcon Works scheme for Hexagon Housing Association will provide a mix of one to five bedroom flats – including nine new homes designed for wheelchair users – as well as five substantial new houses.

Arranged around communal landscaped courtyards, the five-block scheme will be built from a palette of durable materials such as brick, zinc and brass.
