AJ100 Awards: Client of the Year shortlist announced

The shortlist for this year’s AJ100 Client of the Year Award has been revealed

Croydon Council, London School of Economics and Peabody Trust have all made it onto the high-profile shortlist.

The powerhouse behind one of Europe’s biggest regeneration projects at Kings Cross, Argent, which bagged the esteemed award last year, is up for the prize again.

Derwent London and British Land have both made it onto the shortlist for the second year running.

The shortlist is made up of clients which have been nominated by AJ100 practices and is awarded to the client that has made the greatest contribution to UK architecture during the past year.

The Client of the Year will be revealed at the annual AJ100 Awards on 22 May.
