3DReid reaches Belfast

Growing practice 3DReid is to open a new office in Belfast on the back of a large Public Private Partnership school project win in Northern Ireland.

The firm’s latest outpost, which will be up-and-running next month, will help service the Down & Connor, De La Salle Schools scheme (pictured) – a new build secondary school for 1,160 pupils in east Belfast won with joint client O’Hare & McGovern and Interserve FM.

Headed up by newly appointed divisional director Gerry Boyle, who joins from the John Neill Partnership, the office will also cover the practice’s work in the Republic of Ireland.

Gerry Boyle said: ‘I am looking forward to the challenge of building the 3DReid business here. There is enormous potential and the successful Down & Connor bid is an extremely exciting project to kick things off with.’

The Down & Connor school is expected to start on site next spring.
