21st Architecture submits plans for Canary Wharf tower

Emerging practice 21st Architecture has submitted plans for a new 53-storey residential tower in Canary Wharf

The 30 Marsh Wall scheme features 410 apartments, of which around 28 per cent are affordable.

The development also includes 2,500m² of office space, a café, gym, swimming pool and a doctor’s surgery.

If planning permission is granted construction is expected to start in the autumn.
