Morrow + Lorraine wins planning for Soho office-to-resi conversion
[FIRST LOOK + PROJECT DATA + PLANS] Emerging practice Morrow + Lorraine has won planning permission to convert a Soho office building into flats
The two properties which form part of a Georgian terrace in the Soho conservation area, will be converted into four new three-bedroom units.
The building’s brick façade will be retained, repaired and preserved as part of the scheme, and a new-build extension will be added to the roof and rear.
