Although there are small concessions within the layout of this development to prioritise pedestrians over cars - this type of housing will still appeal to people who own cars and its geographical position and an apparent lack of any meaningful public transport means its 'eco' credentials are bogus.

£13.7 million? It all looks very nice (bland?) but i fail to see where nearly £14 million has been spent.
Perhaps Peel want to create the Dubai of the North?
I can see this being just as successful and sustainable as Dubai has become.
