Michael Harper

Michael Harper is the Head of GIA’s Rights of Light Department. With more than 30 surveyors and design analysts this is the largest Rights of Light and Daylight and Sunlight department in the country. Hehas worked on numerous high profile Rights of Light and daylight and sunlight cases including many large city-centre schemes and multi-million pound developments in London and major cities throughout the UK. Key projects include Lots Road Power Station, Milton Court and Central Saint Giles Court.
