Comment on: Dow Building Solutions - Specifying insulation for inverted roofs: getting it right from the start
My preference would be for a sprayed polyurea (not Polyurethane because of apllication restrictions) over cut to fall expanded foam insulation panels. Dead simple in practise and providing huge heating cost savings and negligible maitenance for the life of the building.
