Jamie Gwilliam
3d Design Visualisation Specialist, Autodesk, EMIA. Jamie specialises in the use of 3ds Max, 3ds Max Design, Mudbox, and Combustion within the architectural and design visualisation communities. His production-proven skills cover advanced animation techniques, photorealistic texturing, lighting and complex modelling. London based, Jamie graduated from Loughborough University with a 2:1, in Industrial design. This lead to employment in a product design company, various specialist architectural visualisation companies and a well respected architectural practice. Resulting in 6 years of creative production experience, before joining Autodesk in 2005 as 3d product specialist. Well known within the industry, Jamie now gives inspirational presentations throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa about 3ds Max, and its advanced use. Most recently focusing on mental ray and the gems it can offer the specialist and new user. His goal is to encourage all user abilities, and broaden the use of positive visualisation, by demystifying the processes involved.
