Zaha Hadid has designed a new mixed-use office, university and exhibition development for Barcelona's waterfront. Dubbed the 'Spiralling Tower', the Edifici Campus scheme will house 12,150m 2 of commercial space and 8,500m 2 of educational facilities, including a new auditorium. The project, which has been drawn up in collaboration with Max Fordham and Adams Kara Taylor, will also incorporate 7,000m 2 of car parking. The development has been supported by the neighbouring city of Besos. This story appeared first on www. ajplus. co. uk
