Zaha Hadid Architects

Zaha Hadid Architects has unveiled its 'one-north' masterplan for the Singapore Science Hub. The plan covers 190ha adjacent to the National University of Singapore and the National University Hospital. It will include housing for 50,000 and accommodate 70,000 workers. The first phase will be based around three centres of business and research collaboration, called Xchanges. A sinuous park will flow through the masterplan, providing a multipurpose spine of landscaped spaces.
