Wright & Wright Architects

Wright & Wright Architects has won a competition to design a new undergraduate library for Corpus Christi College in Cambridge.

The library facilities will be contained over three storeys within the shell of an existing Victorian bank, which is located on a key site within the college campus.Book storage will be placed within the centre of the building, with daylit reading areas organised at the periphery. The scheme relies on a passive ventilation system and will use timber, stone and steel.
