I know this is yet more Apple stuff but you have to take a look at http: // It is the Worth1000 'Apple's Next Product' competition - an almost endless stream of joke Apple product designs that are, naturally, impeccably styled in the Jonathan Ives manner.

I'm indebted for the site address to www., whose ownership transition is going through a rather rocky patch. Former webmaster Norman Blogster has just issued a warning to his successor, one Luke Warm, whose performance, according to Blogster, has been less than encouraging.

I'm not sure that this is not just a post-ownership tristesse rather than any notable failing by the new boy. Blogster writes in a public rebuke posted on the site: 'I find you tedious and uninspired. I'd rather cover myself in whale blubber and take a running jump into the Arctic Ocean than read your drivel. . . remember who the administrator is.'

Now steady on there chaps. But actually, just keep the invective going. It's a tonic for us poor mortals otherwise locked into the on-cost-ontime yadda yadda of a lot of other architecture-related websites. Whale blubber.
