Wates City has won planning permission for City Point, the new building to be created from the existing Britannic Tower and developed by Sheppard Robson after initial work by Santiago Calatrava. The new plans for the 56,000m2 of office space over 35 floors, including retail space and a restaurant, remove the spire and cantilever from the original design and replace it with a crown.
