Van Heyningen and Haward Architects has beaten off stiff competition to design a new Children's and Young People's Centre in Lewisham, south London. Edward Cullinan Architects, Eger Architects and Penoyre & Prasad were also shortlisted in a competition by Lewisham Primary Care Trust and CABE.
