As part of its continued improvement in service, Trus Joist has introduced a dedicated service desk at its Hopwood headquarters. By offering a single point of contact for enquiries, Trus Joist is able to give a rapid response to customer questions. Trus Joist recruited Jason Colcombe to act as the new customer service engineer for the desk.
