Renzo Piano's London Bridge Tower inquiry could be a robust affair. Astragal hears that the inspector, in informal discussions with parties likely to give evidence, questioned whether the Royal Palaces Agency had much to offer on the subject of vehicular traffic round the station. If their evidence is shorter, the only losers will be lawyers.
