The Health and Safety Executive has appointed Cartwright Pickard Architects to design its new £34 million headquarters in Bootle, Liverpool. The 30,000m 2scheme - part of a Kajyama Partnership-led Private Finance Initiative proposal - aims to achieve a 'strong and distinctive identity that reflects the culture of the HSE and its commitment to excellence'.
