Andy Hassell is a part-time student at the University of Central England in Birmingham in his second undergraduate year. The title of his project is 'Caravan Paradise'. The idea is to create a fashionable urban space in the developing area of Paradise Circus in Birmingham city centre with the addition of student accomodation.
