Omagh had turned its back on its waterways and the client wished to regenerate the areas adjacent to the Strule River using the Arts Centre as the catalyst.

Environmental considerations for the project include a solar thermal water heating system, a plat plate photo voltaic array, and a rainwater recovery system.
