Street smart

Hats off to Sunand Prasad, who was spotted last week outside Starbucks on London's Euston Road leaping to the aid of a distressed mother unsuccessfully trying to juggle a tall skinny latte, a pushchair, and a baby demanding to be carried. By fashioning the pushchair straps into an impromptu tensile structure, he managed to secure the coffee cup safely on the seat, making it possible to hold the baby under one arm while pushing the buggy - complete with skinny latte - in the other. Now that's what we call social architecture.
