Student winner: Oscar Plastow

Oscar Plastow is the clear winner of the student award, for the quality of a number of drawings in his sketchbook and his obvious commitment to drawing and the art of architecture.

Oscar has a good range and wide drawing vocabulary. I like Cinema on the Waterfront but East India Dock was the winner for me. His range was excellent, and he had a good knowledge of the form he was drawing.
