Six shortlisted for V&A project

The Victoria and Albert Museum has shortlisted six international landscape designers for the project to redesign its 19th century Italianate courtyard, as part of Eva Jiricna's masterplan for the site.

The six designs - by Kathryn Gustafson, West 8's Adriaan Geuze, Christopher Bradley-Hole, Kim Wilkie, Martha Schwartz and the Olin Partnership - will be on display at the V&A over the summer.

The winner, which will be picked by a panel including Rick Mather and Charles Jencks, will be chosen on 22 October.
