Sika's Watertight Concrete System is being used in the basement areas at Cambridge University's Institute of Criminology and Faculty of English. A three-part defence system, comprising a secant wall for the outer barrier, Sika Watertight Concrete and cavity-drain system for the basement slab and walls, and Sika 1 Rendering with a Visqueen polythene face in the stairwell areas, will protect the area to Grade Four.
