Shopping question

Meanwhile Ian Ritchie must be wondering what the new year will bring for his White City shopping project. Now that developer Chelsfield has been taken over, mega-Aussie company Westfield is in the driving seat. Lo and behold, Benoy has emerged from the shadows to 'remodel' the scheme as designed. It's a pity that on such a big project, details and materials were not conditioned by the local authority as part of the planning application. We can only hope that the project is not about to be the biggest dumb-down in western Europe. What is the point in making the scheme just like everywhere else?
