School help

I forgot to mention last week that a scholarship fund is being created in memory of Stuart Murphy, founder and a past master of the Company of Architects. He was the City of London architect and planning officer when the new City of London School was built alongside St Paul's Steps on Victoria Embankment. He was also an Old Citizen, that is a pupil at the school.

Now the company, led by its present master, Brian Waters (himself an Old Citizen), has arranged with headmaster David Levin for a scholarship to be awarded in Stuart's memory for an inner city pupil at a school with no sixth form to attend the school. For details visit brian@bwcp. co. uk
