SAM SCORER DIES AT 80
The former chair of the RIBA East Midlands planning committee, Sam Scorer, has died aged 80.The Cambridge University and Architectural Association-trained ex-partner of Clarke Hall was best known for his interest in conservation architecture and his research in the 1950s into concrete shell design.
