RTKL has unveiled images of its new hotel and residential building in the UAE. The project, in Dubai, consists of two towers wrapped within a blue glass skin. The first 35-storey tower forms a 160-room five-star hotel with 60 serviced apartments.The second rises to 40-storeys and contains 260 private apartments.
