Astragal hears rumours of a momentous decision emanating from Southwark Planning Department. Apparently the head of planning has banned the use of voicemail and answering machines among his troops. The reason? Because he has discovered that some of his planners are not 100 per cent reliable at returning calls.

Honestly, who'd have thought it? Planners not returning calls?
