RIBA South East Student Award

Architecture students are invited to enter the RIBA South East Student Award

Architecture students are invited to enter the RIBA South East Student Award – a single cash prize which this year totals £1,000.

Students who study in, or whose home address is in, Kent, Surrey, East or West Sussex or on Guernsey may apply for the award.

The Award might enable a student to explore an element of their coursework in greater detail, or to undertake a piece of extra, individual research. Entries which involve the study of aspects of sustainability are particularly welcome.

The award is usually, but not necessarily, made towards travel costs. It will be given in two tranches: £400 when the award is announced, in December 2007; and £600 when the study is completed to the satisfaction of the judges.
