[Tower Hamlets] elevated section of disused railway that provides a precious green open space that serves both the public and the local community

By inserting two new access points, could this elevated section of disused railway provide a precious green open space that serves both the public and the local community? - A place to walk, enjoy nature, play, find solitude, grow food, discover local history and enjoy stunning views of the city.

The new space can provide a detour to the Jubilee Greenway walk

In terms of walking, the new space can provide a detour to the Jubilee Greenway walk- an elevated moment along this journey providing views toward Canary Wharf. The detour continues to link ultimately with the Thames Path walk. The Curve could also inspire new local walking tours such as the proposed Limehouse Heritage walk.

Proposed access to the Curve is via a stair and lift tower at Commercial Road, the main entrance, and a staircase at Mill Place. The main entrance tower incorporates a kiosk at ground level, viewing landings and a water tank at top level.
