Forgotten Spaces 2011 shortlisted: Learn to fix by Camilla Jarvis and Chris Blaydes

The Forgotten Space on the site of The Battle of Cable Street will be used as a Multi-Purpose Trade Workshop celebrating the values of manual labour, trade, and community. Users can learn valuable skills helping them back into work or merely gaining a skill that they don’t already have. In addition to this the work that they do is directly servicing the surrounding community.
