A fortnight ago, the Observer said Channel 4 had uncovered a cheeky young architect who they hoped to 'do to building what Jamie Oliver's done for cooking'. Hmmm - rings a bell.

Could this be the same Charlie Luxton who the AJ told you in May 2000 was fronting a new architecture series on Channel 5?

It too was 'hoping that it had unearthed architecture's equivalent to TV chef Jamie Oliver?' Perhaps the recipe will prove more 'pukka'with a bigger audience round the table. . .
