The Halifax's latest call centre in Belfast used fire-glazing specialist FendorHansen, part of the £100 million Anglo-Scandinavian HansenGroup, to supply and fit its Fineline system combined with Pyrolithic glass to the large central atrium. The fire protection system affords 30 minutes' integrity and is aesthetically ideal for the atrium, allowing maximum natural light into the core of the building.

As stoneware features continue to be ever more popular for the garden, the David Sharp Studio has introduced a new range of plaited troughs which look superb as a garden feature in their own right or planted with various smaller plants and alpines. These troughs carry the typical 'wicker basket' pattern but are generously sized at 1,240 x 530 x 260mm high.
