FENDORHANSEN AJ ENQUIRY NO: 202 FendorHansen, part of the £100 million Anglo-Scandinavian HansenGroup, assisted architect RMJM in the design of external glazed curtain walling at the new MC block at Wolverhampton University.
FendorHansen's Fineline system was installed in the north and south elevations of the building, with steel mullions and transoms to give inherent strength in load-carrying.
SANDTOFT ROOF TILES AJ ENQUIRY NO: 203 Humber Plain Tiles in natural terracotta from Sandtoft Roof Tiles proved the perfect replacement for old tiles on a Grade II-listed former school building in Winson Green, Birmingham. The school, now a thriving community centre, has undergone a 40-week refurbishment, completed by main contractor Balfour Beatty. The building dates from the end of the 19th century.
