When did you join the practice?

2003 What do you like about working there?

Since joining Bond Bryan, I have been lucky enough to have been involved as project architect on a variety of small and large-scale schemes. One was the Humanities Research Institute for the University of Sheffield, shortlisted for an RIBA White Rose award.

I was given responsibility and exposure to clients at an early stage. The church studio is a great place to work, open-plan and very informal, with a great social and sporting scene. Bond Bryan takes staff morale very seriously. I was sponsored through my Part 3, which I completed last year. I feel that staff really have a voice here and I've been given great opportunities.
