Who says architects don't behave like prima donnas any more? A classic example from Co-op Himmelblau's Wolf Prix, who insulted more than 150 people who had bought tickets for his lecture at the V&A last Sunday. He announced on the Friday that he would not give the lecture, on the grounds that an article in the RIBA Journal hadn't properly credited him. This pathetic behaviour was offset by the efficient V&A machine, which did a mass phone-round to let people know the event was off.
