Patel Taylor has won a competition to masterplan St Paul's School in Hammersmith, beating a field of 30 entrants including Foster and Partners, Terry Farrell & Partners and MacCormac Jamieson Prichard.

The school plans to rebuild 80 per of its campus, which consists of 1960s CLASP buildings, within the next 15 years. Patel Taylor's masterplan will exploit the river frontage, which is currently ignored, and allow for the complete reorganisation of the site. An international design competition will be held for key buildings.
