Overbearing Sutton may not make the cut

letters

Pete Sutton's new house (AJ Focus, October 2004) appears to oversail his present one.

He will want to guard against the indignity that future owners of his old house might exercise their right to extend up the party wall and cut off the overhang to build themselves a roof extension.

On reflection, though, this may be a suitable comeuppance for this slight, but rather overbearing, neighbour.
