New building, Newcastle College
Newcastle College is seeking to appoint an architectural practice to provide an inspirational design of a new college at Skelmersdale and Ormskirk campus. The College requires the building to be groundbreaking in design, sustainable and aesthetic. The build area is approximately 12,000m2 with the contract likely to be Design and Build or two-stage. In essence, the College wants a well-detailed design before going out to tender. The estimated construction cost is £20-25 million.
