Lifschutz Davidson has won a limited competition to design a mixed-use regeneration project in London's Bermondsey.

Unusually, the London Borough of Southwark has selected the architect first and will pay the practice to work up the designs before choosing a developer for the site. The 0.4ha project - part of the Bermondsey Spa Regeneration area - will include 9,000m 2of office space, a community centre, a small retail development and a selection of affordable and key-worker homes.
