MAKE A SPLASH IN SALFORD
Developer Urban Splash and Salford City Council have launched a design competition to masterplan a new 1.6ha waterside scheme.The project will also include designs for a new building in the River Irwell Urban Neighbourhood site, which sits on the edge of Manchester city centre. Each of six finalists will receive £1,500, while the winner will pick up a £20,000 cheque. For further details contact the RIBA competitions office on 0113 234 1335.
