The Arts Team's work at the London Palladium follows a number of careful restorations of Victorian and Edwardian theatres. The Palladium offered the opportunity to create a spectacular restoration of the entrance hall and the Cinderella Bar at Matcham's West End theatre, together with the modernisation of all the wc accommodation.

The Cinderella Bar was fitted with a new ventilation system and bar. Work on the entrance hall included the reconstruction of plasterwork that had been concealed in the post-war era and the re-use of light shafts, artificially lit, to improve illumination through new stained glass and etched mirrors. The entrance hall and bars were fitted with new brass balustrades and a bespoke carpet. Trompe l'oeil paintwork was used to enhance Matcham's exotic rococo plasterwork. The Arts Team's restoration and improvements drew inspiration from working drawings and records dating from the Edwardian conversion of this architecturally significant variety house.
