Rugged topography: Liz Eeuwes' at 100% Design

These lovely rugs are inspired by the topography of the areas from which they take their names and are showing at 100% Design

Eeuwes’ Bali rug was inspired by the subtle lines and calm colours of rice paddy terraces. The Lisse rug takes its bold colours and strong geometric patterns from the Dutch tulip fields while her Strathmore rug’s rich colours and diverse structures are representative of the Scottish countryside.

Each rug is hand-knotted and hand-carved, creating detailed and stand alone pieces.

The rug collection will be showing at 100% Futures, a section at 100% Design which features up and coming design talent as part of the London Design Festival this week.

Rugs available by order, priced from £600 per square metre.
